Product Description:

The DUCTA-CLEAN® Rotary Thimble Cleaner is designed to remove carbon from cast iron thimbles prior to remelt. The DUCTA-CLEAN’s patent pending liner system reduces maintenance costs associated with other rotary designs, and is easily reconfigurable to accommodate varying product stream.

Features:

Aggressive tumbling action cleans the surface and recesses of cast iron thimbles for cleaner remelt.
DUCTA-CLEAN Thimble Cleaner can be run with or without media, depending on the product stream you are processing.
Heavy-Duty construction ensures trouble-free operation for maximum uptime reliability.
Patent-pending liner system eliminates compression rings, heavy cast liners, and excessive maintenance costs.
