Preventative Maintenance Facility Evaluations:
Don't know where to start? General Kinematics can help. GK's Preventative Maintenance Facility Evaluations (PMFE's) are designed to give you a baseline from which to begin your preventative maintenance programs. PMFE's include a 1 to 3 day inspection and evaluation of every piece of vibratory equipment in your facility, regardless of machine brand. Our service technicians will observe each machine in production and during shut down, looking for any structural or component part issues. From there, GK will provide you with a comprehensive report detailing the good, the bad, and the ugly of each machine, with suggestions for repairs, upgrades, or maintenance scheduling. Preventative Maintenance Programs:
For facilities with limited maintenance staff or large quantities of vibratory equipment, GK offers preventative maintenance programs tailored to your facility. GK will perform on-site inspections of your equipment in quarterly, bi-annual, or annual intervals, depending on your facilities need.
