Seg\u00fan<a href=\"http:\/\/www.miningfacts.org\/Environment\/What-is-acid-rock-drainage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Miningfacts.org,<\/a> los relaves sulf\u00eddicos son la descarga del proceso de extracci\u00f3n de cobre. El agua de ARD contiene \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico, as\u00ed como valioso cobre disuelto lixiviado de los relaves.   <\/p>\n<h2>La soluci\u00f3n GK<\/h2>\n<p>La recuperaci\u00f3n de cobre a partir de ARD se puede lograr con una qu\u00edmica sencilla y las ventajas t\u00e9cnicas del VIBRA-DRUM\u00ae de GK. Este tambor vibratorio puede calzar f\u00e1cilmente dentro de un sistema existente y opera impulsando agresivamente el proceso mec\u00e1nico y qu\u00edmico. <\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_19804\"  class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/24-390x325.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9947 aligncenter\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.generalkinematics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/_d_improd_\/24-390x325_f_improf_390x325.jpg\" alt=\"Reacci\u00f3n de cementaci\u00f3n del cobre.\" width=\"390\" height=\"325\"><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Reacci\u00f3n de cementaci\u00f3n del cobre.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00edmicamente, la reacci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea, llamada cementaci\u00f3n de cobre, se logra dentro del tambor. Te\u00f3ricamente, por cada kg de cobre cementado, se consume 0,088 kg de hierro. Sin embargo, en realidad, el consumo de hierro es un promedio de 1,4 a hasta 3,2 kg por kg de cobre producido (Ref: art\u00edculo de Mineral Sciences Laborites). Mec\u00e1nicamente, el medio de hierro en el <a title=\"VIBRA-DRUM\u00ae\" href=\"https:\/\/www.generalkinematics.com\/recycling-equipment\/drum-vibratory-systems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VIBRA-DRUM\u00ae<\/a> produce impactos continuos (millones por minuto, debido a la intensa acci\u00f3n vibratoria que solo el equipo GK puede lograr). Esto libera el chapado de cobre que recubre el medio de hierro en escamas que se suspenden en el agua ARD y se descargan del tambor, para luego ser recuperadas mediante filtraci\u00f3n a la descarga del tambor.    <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El medio, hierro, se a\u00f1ade a intervalos regulares para sostener la reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y la recuperaci\u00f3n del cobre. Este proceso ocurre de forma continua, con resultado de una tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n de cobre superior al 90%. <\/p>\n<h2>Palabra final<\/h2>\n<p>La incorporaci\u00f3n del VIBRA-DRUM\u00ae equivale a un aumento significativo de los ingresos procedentes de lo que antes era una corriente de aguas residuales.
