bivi-TEC® Flexible Mat Vibratory Screens for C&D
In some C&D Recycling processes, there is a need to screen materials to achieve fines separation. The usual methods of using trommels, star screens, and rotary shaft screens have been known to tangle material and create multiple issues leading to a shutdown.
The bivi-TEC® was developed with this in mind, using a GK FINGER-SCREEN™ Deck the bivi-TEC® processes more material with minimal downtime. Looking to derive improved fines separation from your C&D materials? With a dual deck design, the bivi-TEC® allows for bigger overs to convey over the durable top deck, while fines drop down to the polyurethane lower deck to be sorted further with no clogging or blockage of the screen.
Adjustable dual vibration is achieved from two weights vibrating at the same frequency. The bivi-TEC® dynamic tension and relaxation of flexible screen mats using dual vibration permeate the material with high-acceleration allowing for the most effective screening. Add in resonance and one drive will produce two vibration movements. The screen can receive up to 50g’s while the screen box stays at 2g’s.
Applications, once judged impossible, can now be accomplished with the bivi-TEC® Screen.
