The FINGER-SCREEN™ vibratory screener is a patented, non-binding design concept for resource recovery. Our vibratory screeners can be used to separate materials by size, removing small particles from large objects. This process makes it easy for sizing and classifying a wide variety of materials, completing the work of several people in a reduced amount of time. The process also reduces the volume for further sorting by manual (density) or automatic (robotic sensors) methods. This screening separation machine has proven to be highly successful in a wide range of applications that are prone to hang-ups common to conventional wire mesh screening surfaces.

The unit’s vibrating motion spreads material evenly across the deck for maximum flow and separating efficiency. Our team offers vibratory screeners in multiple sizes of separating decks to enhance classification while staggered finger positions help to prevent material bypass, effectively lowering maintenance costs. Screening separation performance is enhanced as material freely cascades through the unit — with less “blinding”, a term referring to the occurrence of materials getting caught in the screen opening. The result: fast, smooth continuous material flow throughout the entire separation and classification process.
The FINGER-SCREEN™ vibratory screener equipment is available in standard sizes with widths up to 110 inches (2800mm) with custom sizes engineered based on your application. The modular deck is replaceable, further meeting your custom needs.
