September 22, 2025- General Kinematics, a vibratory equipment manufacturer and systems integrator located in Crystal Lake, Illinois, is officially celebrating its 65th anniversary this September!
Sixty-five years ago, General Kinematics was founded by Al Musschoot as a small storefront in Barrington, Illinois. Today, General Kinematics is a global corporation headquartered in a 262,000 sq ft facility in Crystal Lake, Illinois, with over 300 employees, a continuously growing family of five brands, and seven satellite offices across the globe.
Thomas Musschoot, third-generation CEO of General Kinematics, commented, “My grandfather founded General Kinematics with a vision to solve tough material handling challenges others couldn’t through innovation. I’m filled with immense pride seeing how far we’ve come since that small storefront in Barrington.
