The Heart of Your Sorting System

Increased reliability, tonnage capacity, and unsurpassed wear resistance make GK’s FINGER-SCREEN™ the heart of sorting systems worldwide. General Kinematics’ unique finger deck works alongside our signature Two-Mass vibratory drive design to deliver highly efficient separation and classification. The vibratory action spreads material throughout the deck, lowering the bed depth to maximize the utilization of the screen area for optimal commodity separation.

GK’s FINGER-SCREEN™ is available in standard sizes with widths up to 72 inches (1800mm) and custom lengths engineered based on your application. GK’s custom-engineered primary screens can process high-volume production rates up to 450 yards per hour (345 cubic meters per hour).

Proven Results in ASR Screening

GK’s FINGER-SCREEN™ for Metal Recovery has been used in automotive recycling applications when other metal screens couldn’t keep up. GK’s metal screeners can handle larger automotive parts without jamming or blinding. The FINGER-SCREEN™ can regulate ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, fibers, rubber, plastics, and other materials associated with automotive shredder residue (ASR).
