New Products from GK

 by General Kinematics,

One of the core values of General Kinematics is our drive to constantly be creating new products and solutions that help our customers become more successful.

Below are just a few of the new vibratory equipment solutions recently released by General Kinematics:

Recycling Equipment:

OCC_Screen Shear Take-Away Conveyor
OCC Screen: Vibratory Screen for separating material from old corrugated cardboard. Shear Take-Away Conveyor: Vibratory conveyor for transporting material away from shears in scrap applications.

Mining Equipment:

STM Vibratory Screens Vibratory Tube Crusher
STM-Series Vibratory Screens: Heavy-duty vibratory screens featuring a two-mass drive. STM screens use up to 75% less energy and last up to 5 times as long as brute force screens HMG Vibratory Tube Crusher: Rapid pulsation of media within the tube fractures material into smaller particles ideal for final comminution in GK’s VIBRA-MILL® Grinding Drum.

Foundry Equipment

VIBRA-LIFT Vibratory Elevator VIBRA-JAW Vibratory Jaw Crusher
VIBRA-LIFT Vibratory Elevator: transports granular material vertically in an easy to use, low maintenance vibratory device. Vibra-Jaw Vibratory Jaw Crusher: uses high energy vibration to rapidly reduce materials into smaller particle sizes. Great for breaking down cores.

Process Equipment

V2 Vibratory Fluid Bed Processor OMNI-SCREEN C Round Separators / Screens
V2 Variable Vector Fluid Bed Processor Drive: allows you to quickly adjust product retention time to maximize contact of the process air stream. . OMNI-SCREEN C-Series Round Separators: allows for increased screening throughput and material flow with difficult materials.
