General Kinematics Vibratory Chipper Feeding Conveyors are engineered to optimize the feeding of drum and disc chippers in wood processing applications. Vibratory feeders transport logs and sawmill residues, such as slabs, edgings, and lily pads, into chippers, improving chipping consistency and throughput. Advanced conveying technology allows integration with process automation systems, enabling precise control of material flow rates to match the specific requirements of chippers.
GK vibratory chipper feeding conveyors are designed to streamline log handling operations and enhance your system’s productivity while minimizing maintenance requirements. Unlike conventional belt conveyors, GK vibratory technology eliminates rotating parts, meaning less cleaning, fewer breakdowns, and significantly reduced maintenance downtime. They are built with heavy-duty components to withstand the demanding environments of all wood processing facilities, providing long-term performance.
As a compact solution and an all-in-one conveyor with a reinforced loading area and cleaning section, they eliminate the need for a log chain conveyor at the discharge point from the debarker/log deck. There is also no need for a separate cleaning zone conveyor to evacuate impurities. As this is already included in our all-in-one vibrating conveyor. This conveyor fits in where other suppliers use three separate conveyors, with three drives and many sensors to control, saving you space so you can process more in the same footprint as other equipment.

- To protect the chipper, it can be equipped with a cleaning section to evacuate bark, stones, etc.
- Conveying speed up to 36 m/min; all conveyors are adjusted to meet application requirements, such as chipper feed speed.
- It can easily be tuned by adding more springs or using different springs.
