General Kinematics STM-SCREEN™ Two-Mass Vibratory Screens utilize GK’s proven Two-Mass, natural frequency drive design. This design is load responsive and capable of longer material retention times to work the material more. Dual in-board vibratory motors eliminate expensive belts, shafts, and bearings for increased uptime, longer service intervals, and the lowest cost of ownership available in a vibrating screen package.
Field proven, STM-SCREEN™ Two-Mass Vibratory Screens feature high up-time, minimal down-time design with unmatched structural integrity. The STM-SCREEN™ has four to twelve locations for drive bracket attachments to the screen body to evenly spread the drive force / energy. The center 38mm spline element means a reduction in beam span and subsequent beam deflection and stress, as well as increased section modulus to nearly eliminate longitudinal and torsional stress deflection.
Available in STM-S™ Single Deck, STM-D™ Dual Deck, as well as cascading deck standard models, STM-SCREEN™ Two-Mass Vibratory Screens are all modifiable to address your specific requirements. Custom features include scalping sections, custom inlet, loading section and water spray manifolds.
