GK releases new vibration monitoring app.

 by Tom Musschoot,

General Kinematics,gk-phone-app leader in vibratory bulk handling solutions, recently unveiled a new Portable Stroke / Vibration Monitor app that allows you to utilize a smart device to measure the performance of vibratory process equipment. The GK Stroke Monitor uses a bluetooth connected wireless accelerometer that monitors the motion of vibratory machinery. By simply attaching this magnetic bluetooth sensor to the vibratory machine, the wireless sensor sends operational and performance data instantly to a compatible device running the General Kinematics free Stroke Monitor app.

If the vibratory machine that is being monitored is operating out of spec, a performance log can be captured and instantly available to email directly to General Kinematics for analysis by their 24/7/365 Customer Service team.

The GK Portable Stroke Monitor app is compatible with both Apple and Android devices, and can be used on any brand and type of vibratory equipment. A full list of compatible devices are available on the companies website.
