General Kinematics builds equipment for maximum longevity. For Mackenzie Castings, LLC—a steel and iron sand casting foundry located in Arlington, WA, founded in 1977—this holds true for their VIBRA-MILL® Vibratory Batch Sand Reclamation machine, which has been in operation since its installation in 1979. The VIBRA-MILL® is a highly efficient lump breaker and attrition mill that can eliminate the need for larger and more expensive equipment.
Foundries are among the most demanding environments for equipment, thanks to exposure to heat, dust, and other environmental contaminants. Despite this, Mackenzie Castings has kept its VIBRA-MILL® well-maintained and running for almost 50 years now—just as effectively as when it was first installed!
Old equipment may not be as shiny or glamorous looking as brand new equipment, but there’s something uniquely captivating about equipment that’s been running for half a century. We’re proud to stand behind the type of equipment that can support our customers for so long.
