FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™

Screen Smarter

Introducing the General Kinematics FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™, an evolution of our proven FINGER-SCREEN™ technology. Building upon the original’s success, renowned for its efficient separation and classification across various applications, the FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ takes performance a step further.

The FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ is open below the screening deck surface, allowing material to flow freely through the screen deck, onto a separate conveyor, or into a bunker below. Materials that typically cause build-up or jams, such as high moisture fines or dirt, do not have to travel down a bottom pan, which means they don’t have the opportunity to cause problems in the first place. Unlike other screens without a bottom pan, the FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ can be used as a primary or secondary screen.

Leveraging GK’s Two-Mass Vibratory Technology, the FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ delivers industry-leading stroke performance compared to other Screens in the marketplace. GK’s high-stroke design imparts a higher energy level into bulky waste materials, such as cardboard, bagged waste, or similar bulky items. This results in higher travel speeds, less material burden depth, and better separation as it travels down the screen, yielding better screening efficiency and higher throughput.

Maintenance Made Easy

The FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ is designed with accessibility and ease of maintenance in mind. Without a bottom pan or overhead drives, the screening deck is completely unobstructed, which makes cleaning the deck of wet and sticky materials like dirt or MSW fines a breeze. Our new design moves all of the machinery components out to the sides of the machine, giving unparalleled maintenance access.

The FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ utilizes GK’s swaged-end DURO-SPRINGS™, designed for the highest strokes in the industry and effortless replacement compared to traditional pigtail springs. Not only does this make the spring hardware easier to get to, but there’s no longer a need for extremely high torques.

For recycling operators who need reliability, efficiency, and less downtime, the FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ is built to deliver. Get more done, keep material moving, and reduce jams and maintenance.
