Kinetic Screen

 by General Kinematics,

Two Kinetic Energy Saving Screens were installed at Exxaro R & D as a pilot Plant for test purposes on Coal and Iron Ore.

Both Screens are 1500 wide x 3660 long. One is a Double-Deck Kinetic Screen; the other, a Single-Deck, both capable of handling 250 tph.

As can be seen from the pictures above, the screen on the RHS is a Single Deck 1500 wide x 3660 long Kinetic Screen, while the other (LHS) is a Double Deck 1500 wide x 3660 long Kinetic Screen.

Each Kinetic Screen is driven by 1 x 3,5 kW Vibratory Motor only.

Note:

  • All spares are interchangeable.
  • Each Screen fits into a compartment for transport to different sites for testing on various ores.
