The GK Llambec team was approached to assist a customer with a problem they were having with feeding Steel Slithers and removing the sand/rust stuck to them.
The purpose of the Screen is to control the Steel Slithers into Baskets 1, 5 m³ Volume with other Ingredients added, which is then removed and stored for Furnace Loading.
Llambec designed a 1200 wide x 7000 long Kinetic Vibrating Screen to convey and remove the sand/rust from the Steel Slithers and is driven by only 1 x 3,5 kW Vibratory Motor
Furnace and Cooling Tray Feeders. All Three Kinetic Feeders and Screens have interchangeable motors, drive springs, and isolation springs. All Motors used are only 1.1 kW each
