FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: New Appointment of Market Director for Resource Recovery

Alan Grove joined the General Kinematics team in September as Market Director for Resource Recovery. Alan will be stepping into this role as Dick Reeves, GK’s current Market Director for Resource Recovery prepares for his retirement from GK. Dick will be retiring from this position at the end of the year after working as a highly valued employee of Gk for 27 years.

In his previous role, Alan gained extensive experience designing recycling equipment and systems to provide customers with expert solutions to their unique processing needs. Alan comes to GK with more than ten years of experience in the recycling industry with extensive knowledge of solid waste and construction and demolition processing. General Kinematics is looking forward to Alan bringing his expertise to GK’s customers by contributing to GK’s future innovations in the resource recovery market.

On starting at GK, Alan stated: “I’ve built my career on supporting customers through integrity and providing expert solutions that deliver the highest value. In GK, I saw the potential to join a team that had a growth strategy built on those same principles.”.

Vice President of North American Sales, Jim Egan, commented, “As we continue to build out our Systems Group, adding someone with Alan’s expertise and knowledge of the Recycling industry was critical to our strategic growth initiatives.  Gk has long had a leadership role within recycling, and we look forward to Alan continuing that tradition.”

The GK team is ecstatic to have Alan aboard and eager to provide further support to customers.

Those interested in contacting Alan with questions, comments, and concerns about Resource Recovery equipment and systems can contact him via the contact information provided below.
