As a new paddler, you’ll need a few things in order to navigate the rapids: proper gear, basic survival training, and of course—a guide. From the get-go, having clear, efficient communication from a knowledgeable guide will be key.

 

At General Kinematics, new paddlers can trust us to be their guide (after all, we’ve been in the business for more than 50 years). With us, you can safely experience the river: We provide assistance before the put-in, on the water, and even after the boats are docked.

Before paddling

For starters, General Kinematics is available to answer any questions that you have about vibratory or rotary products prior to your purchase. We’re available around the clock—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year—all over the world (contact info provided below). So, before you take the plunge, give us a call.

On the water

Once you’ve made your purchase decision we will deliver the equipment promptly. When you’re running the rapids, you scope out the best line and you take the boat through it—without hesitation. Otherwise, the boat could flip! Together, we’re a team. We won’t flip the boat. In other words, we value your investment and your time and intend to reciprocate that with punctuality.

At the dock

After you’ve purchased a piece of General Kinematics equipment, we provide a gamut of support. Our general services range from inspecting machine modifications to supervising machine installation and troubleshooting hiccups with your system process — and even inspecting vibratory equipment from another manufacturer. If you have a non-General Kinematics piece of equipment on site that isn’t running properly, give us a call.
