Good Vibrations: Announcing General Kinematics’ PARA-MOUNT IV®

 by General Kinematics,

General kinematics para-mount IV bulk processing toolAt General Kinematics, we’re always working to bring you better vibratory solutions for your material-processing needs, and, in that regard, we are happy to announce the latest in our line of vibratory technology products – the General Kinematics’ PARA-MOUNT IV®.

The cutting edge technology built into the PARA-MOUNT IV® allows you to process bulk materials with greater efficiency and better outcomes than ever before. The high stroke in this machine enhances the separation of non-metallic materials, but with enhanced material presentation and engineering specifically geared toward auto shred, this machine is ideal for scrap metal work where other machines may not be up to the task.

Whatever you’re moving – sand, coal, ore, recycling or scrap metal – the PARA-MOUNT IV® moves the material fast, while still providing the finer separation, which results in superior recovery. A thicker trough, dynamic response to negate surge loads, and an optional inertia absorbing base in both the foot and suspension mounted models give this machine increased strength to reduce waste and to increase durability over long-term use. With an ability to use narrower transfer belts and a shorter-length full-width spread, you also get greater control of how your bulk materials handle.

The simple design of the PARA-MOUNT IV® allows us to provide you with lower initial costs, and also decreases operating costs and fabrication costs. The advanced technology transmits more energy to the ASR, allowing the unit to operate on up to 2/3 less HP than earlier releases, saving on both energy and money.

When moving bulk material, you want efficiency, safety, and the best final presentation, and this machine is designed to meet the highest standards in all three of these essential categories.

The PARA-MOUNT IV® is just one more high-quality machine in the General Kinematics’ line that can help us plan the perfect custom solution for your project and help you get the job done more quickly, more safely, and with the best possible outcome. And, of course, as with all GK solutions, this tough machine comes with 24/7 service and support that ensures our machine never stops working to meet your project goals.

General Kinematics Corporation, incorporated in 1960, was established to market, design, and custom fabricate innovative vibratory equipment for the foundry, recycling, mining, and processing industries.
