General Kinematics Will be at MINExpo 2016!

 by General Kinematics,

The 2016 MINExpo International is happening September 26 through September 28, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This time, what happens in Vegas, leaves Vegas.

This year’s convention theme is solutions. Leaders in the community, exhibitors, and show attendees will all coalesce to examine, brainstorm, and invest in solutions that make it possible for the mining industry to evolve alongside the new-aged challenges and opportunities in the world of metals, minerals and energy—a space that is rapidly changing.

We, as well as other attendees and presenters, will be discussing solutions that can be uncovered with our industry’s progressive technologies, innovative products, fresh services, and by sharing our field experiences. And it’s these conversations that will help our entire community learn and grow.

The MINExpo is the Largest in the World

The MINExpo International is one of the largest mining trade shows—if not the largest—in the world. International attendees join the convention from all of the globe’s major mining regions. This year, MINExpo will host more than 1,800 companies in the iconic Las Vegas Convention Center.

Who Benefits From Showing Up

The MINExpo International is an incredible resource. You can walk the show floor, engage with experts, and join informational sessions. The knowledge you gather will help you to troubleshoot future or current challenges and develop productive business opportunities with an insightful foot forward. The seminars will include 20 diverse sessions led by the industry’s top professionals, which will tap into the present obstacles of the mining industry.

If you are a chief executive officer, chief operating officer, mine manager, chief engineer, purchasing manager, environmental manager, processing manager, maintenance manager, safety managers—or, are looking to get into the mining industry—then you will benefit from attending this major mining expo.

In broad overview, show-strollers will learn about the resources needed for exploration, mine site development, open pit mining, underground mining, smelting and refining, processing and preparation, as well as reclamation.

Visit General Kinematics at MINExpo 2016

General Kinematics is proud to, again, be setting up shop at the MINExpo so come stop by and see us. We will showcase our STM-SCREEN™ Two-Mass Vibratory Screens, which utilizes GK’s proven Two-Mass, natural frequency drive. The reason this design should matter to you? It means GK screens are load responsive and capable of a longer duration of material retention—aka material gets worked that much more. Expensive belts, shafts, and bearings are replaced with a dual in-board vibratory motor setup. The result? Operating time is higher, service necessities are less frequent, and accumulative costs are lower.

On the technical side: the STM-SCREEN™is outfitted with four to twelve locations where the drive bracket attachment connects to the screen body, which disperses the drive force and energy. And torsional and longitudinal stress is deflected through a center 38mm spline element. Smart design, huh?

Learn about all of the behind the scenes, utilitarian, and eco-friendly aspects of this awesome piece of machinery—and other GK equipment—at our booth.

Give us a ring, swing by, or RSVP here for our special presentation event. We’d love to meet you face-to-face: after all, that’s what the show is all about! Building a stronger network and sharing the latest information that’s out there to help you succeed.
