Feeders and Conveyors

These rugged and reliable SYNCRO-COIL® Conveyors and PARA-MOUNTII® Feeders are available in infinite lengths. Take your hard material up, convey down, and all around with GK feeders and conveyors using direct drive or Two-Mass designs to fit your process. Customize away and keep on moving!

UN-COALER® Activator / Feeder For Wood

This unique solution to feeding and metering your wood material allows you to control the flow of your material electronically using a variable force drive or pneumatically using the GK Variable Force Wheel. The UN-COALER® Activator / Feeder for Wood eliminates bridging of your product to process the maximum material from your storage area. The low headroom design allows for reduced installation requirements.

FINGER-SCREEN™ Vibratory Separator for Wood

The FINGER-SCREEN™ has proven itself time and again to be the screen to tackle difficult material. The jam-proof movement delivers highly efficient separation and classification spreading the material evenly over multiple sized separation decks. Staggered fingers prevent material bypass and are built with a modular deck to remove the headaches of deck replacement.

DE-STONER® Air Classifier For Wood

Classify your material with the power of vibration and air knife technology. The air streams effectively fluidize and stratify your material to separate by weight the heavies (glass, metal, rock, etc.) are dropped down through a discharge chute and the lighter material soars to the end of the unit, while the vibration spread material evenly to provide the most effective sorting experience.

Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryers

Possibly the most versatile part of the GK wood product line is the Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer for Wood. This dryer can cool, dry, heat and more. With an adjustable variable assembly fluidized bed depth, it can be sized for many different uses. The Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer can be engineered to fit any process challenge. Drying at a low temperature prevents scorching or burning your material. The passing of process gas through your material suspends it evenly for an even drying process, lower VOC emissions,  and reduced risk of fire.
