The DUCTA-SCREEN™ Rotary Shakeout quickly and efficiently processes molds to separate and remove sand from castings. The DUCTA-SCREEN™ rotary shakeout is ideal when separating castings from flaskless molds. The self-contained unit reduces noise and improves sand separation from castings and sprue. The action of the rotary shakeout is smooth, yet it efficiently breaks down sand lumps and provides sand suitable for final screening of very fine sand. Our efficient liner designs offer increased open area over other liner technology, allowing faster separation of sand from your castings. Made with abrasion-resistant steels, forged drive components, and premium transmission components, GK’s DUCTA-SCREEN™ media drums are FOUNDRY-RATED™ to last.
