The General Kinematics VIBRA-DRUM® Dross Reclamation Mill quickly liberates precious metals from slag and dross, quickly recovering your valuable material. The VIBRA-DRUM® is able to be run in either a continuous or batch process through GK’s automated retention system. Optional lifting mechanism enables the drum to both quickly clean-out when run in batch form, but also allow for product retention time when run in a continuous flow. The DUCTA-SPRUE® Rotary Sprue Cleaner / Consolidator utilizes GK’s innovative patented rotary technology to give you a long-lasting, easy-to-maintain solution for processing sprue, gates, and core butts. The DUCTA-SPRUE® Sprue Mill thoroughly cleans gates, risers, runners, flash, fins, run outs, and other sprues before charging them into melting furnaces.  Reclaiming core and green sand from the incoming material results in a cleaned sprue returned as a charge material reducing slag, improving density, and shortening melting times.

Tuffman® Rotary Trommel

Tuffman® Rotary Trommel Screen provides proper and consistent size separation and classification. Utilizing a Trommel Screen can be very useful in different industries.

Trommel screens use the rotary trommel to separate and size material, providing high output screening of fines and other minus material. As the material passes through the trommel, the smaller debris falls through the screen openings, passing the larger material on for further processing. This makes Trommel screens the best choice for pre-screening before a sorting station or other processes. Think of a Trommel screen as a large sifter that then sorts the materials by size.
